Contact
There is no support desk here and no community channel. Here is what we can and cannot help with.
Worth writing to us about
- A figure is wrong. This is the feedback we most want. Tell us which page, which number, and what you got instead with your working. We will check it and handle it in the corrections log.
- A campaign status is inverted. For instance, something marked “ended” that is in fact still running.
- A broken link or a page that renders wrong.
- A campaign we failed to include. If you have the official announcement link, we will verify and add it.
Not something we can help with
- Exchange account problems. Login, verification, withdrawals, missing funds — only the platform's own support can act on those. We have neither the access nor the information. Contact Binance directly.
- Asking whether to buy something. This site does not form market views and will not offer one.
- Acting on your behalf. We provide no managed service of any kind. Anyone claiming they can claim an airdrop for you should be treated as a scammer.
- Specific tax or legal questions. Please find a licensed professional where you live.
Security note: we never contact you first, never ask for account details, verification codes, seed phrases or private keys, and never ask you to install software or share your screen. Anyone doing any of that in this site's name is impersonating us.

No promises about response time, but anything reporting a data error goes to the front of the queue. There is no support rota here; the person writing back is the person who wrote the page.
If you are reporting a number, these three things make verification much faster: the page URL, the specific figure you think is wrong, and your own working or source. With all three, we can usually check it the same day.
About partnerships
We take no advertising, no sponsored posts and no paid placements. That is not high-mindedness: the entire value of this site rests on the numbers being checkable, and paid content would destroy that premise the moment it appeared.
How the site is funded is set out in the affiliate disclosure.
